As has been mentioned in previous posts about QR codes, mobile marketing is becoming the norm. People are not willing to wait to get back to their homes and offices to look up a URL and find out information when it is available to them on their smart phone.
The problem is, most companies are not making the effort to make things easier for this new mobile clientele. For anyone who has ever tried to read a detailed website on their phone, the process is cumbersome and frustrating. So, my advice would be to rethink how marketing is done and spend the time and effort to capture your client’s attention in a positive way.
