Too many people are focussed on what they do and not why they do it!
From senior management to sale and operations to human resources, we fail over and over again to ask why we do what we do on a daily basis and by not asking this simple question, we lose the ability to improve our processes and engage our intended audience.
The more people understand why their company acts the way it does and why the company culture is the way it is, they can either embrace it and become champions for the brand or help change it for the better. Â Â If we merely focus on the what, we become frustrated, disengaged and move on.
Take the time to be critical with your processes. Â Challenge the status quo and realize that what you have always done may not be the best course of action moving forward. Â We are in a fast paced, ever changing business environment and if we do not take the time to question the past to improve the future. . . we may not have one.
