I received this video in my in box from a person that I know this morning. There was no subject line, there was no preface, just a link. It almost ended up in the delete file without being looked at because there was no impetus for me to watch the video other than knowing the person who sent it to me.

It got me thinking, sometimes we forget just how powerful the right phrase can be. It is only through understanding the nuances of a brand can we develop the key phrases that lead to successful marketing initiatives. Being creative visually is fantastic. Images tell a wonderful story, but without the words to back them up, the call to action may be missed.
